How accurate is the AI try-on?
Very close to real life. The AI maps the actual garment onto your body shape and pose, so drape, length and fit read naturally. It's a visual preview - pair it with the size guide for measurements.
What type of photos should I upload?
Two photos: a clear face photo and a portrait (vertical) full-body photo, at least 400×600 pixels, in JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 10MB. Plain backgrounds and fitted clothing give the best results.
Is my personal data secure?
Yes. Your photos are stored privately, used only to generate your try-ons, and never shared with anyone. You can delete them anytime from your profile.
Can I share or download my AI-generated looks?
Both. Every look saves to your gallery, where you can download it or create a share link that works for anyone - even without a ZIVAURA account.
How long does AI generation take?
Usually under a minute. You can leave the page while it works - the result waits in your gallery.
Can I regenerate my try-on with another size or color?
Yes. Open the product, pick a different color or size, and tap Zivaura Try-On again. Each result saves separately so you can compare them side by side.
What happens if the AI cannot generate my image?
You'll see a clear reason - usually the photo needs to be brighter, sharper or full-body. Failed generations never count against your daily limit, and you can retry immediately.
What is the return and refund policy?
Standard returns apply: if something isn't right, request a return from your orders page within the return window and the refund goes back to your original payment method.
